စည္းမ်ဥ္း/စည္းကမ္းမ်ား”

(၁) ေပးပို႔ေသာစာထုပ္၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္မ်ားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာ ကိစၥအားလံုးကို ေပးပို႔သူမွ တာ၀န္ယူရပါမည္။
(၂)လက္ခံၿပီးေသာစာထုပ္၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္မ်ားအတြက္ ေငြျပန္ မအမ္းပါ။
(၃) ေပးပို႔ေသာစာထုပ္၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္မ်ားကို MGL Express မွဖြင့္ေဖာက္စစ္ေဆးပိုင္ခြင့္ရွိပါသည္။ သက္ဆုိင္ရာအာဏာပိုင္အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမွ ခိုင္မာေသာအေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္ျဖင့္ ေတာင္းဆိုလာပါက ဖြင့္ေဖာက္ေပးအပ္ခြင့္ ရွိသည္။
(၄) ေပးပို႔ေသာ၊ လက္ခံထားေသာစာထုပ္၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္မ်ားအား MGL မွ အေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္ေပးၿပီး သယ္ယူပို႔ေဆာင္ရန္ ျငင္းပိုင္ခြင့္ ရွိပါသည္။
(၅)စာထုပ္ႏွင့္ေခ်ာထုပ္မ်ား ပ်က္စီး၊ ေပ်ာက္ဆုံးမႈအတြက္ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးေငြ၏အမ်ားဆံုး သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္မွာ ႏွစ္သိန္းက်ပ္(၂၀၀,၀၀၀ိ/-)ျဖစ္ၿပီး၊ စာထုပ္၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္၏ မူလတန္ဖိုးမွာ ႏွစ္သိန္းက်ပ္ထက္ ေလ်ာ႔နည္းေနပါက မူလတန္ဖိုးအတုိင္းသာ ေပးေလ်ာ္ပါမည္။ အက်ဳိးဆက္တန္ဖိုးႏွင့္ ထပ္ဆင့္အနာဂတ္တန္ဖိုးမ်ားကို မူလတန္ဖိုးတြင္ ထည့္သြင္းျခင္း လက္မခံပါ။
(၆) စာထုပ္ႏွင့္ ေခ်ာထုပ္ပစၥည္းမ်ား ပ်က္စီးေပ်ာက္ဆုံးမႈအတြက္ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးေငြ ေတာင္းခံလွ်င္ စာေ၀ လက္ခံ ရရွိသည့္ ရက္စြဲမွွ စ၍ (၃)ရက္အတြင္း အေၾကာင္းၾကားရမည္ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ရက္(၃၀)အတြင္း စာျဖင့္ ေတာင္းခံရမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ထိုသုိ႔ ေတာင္းခံရာတြင္ MGL Express စာရင္း၀င္ ေခ်ာစာ၊ ေခ်ာထုတ္ ပစၥည္းမ်ား၏ မူရင္းလက္ခံေျပစာ ( Waybill ) ႏွင့္ အတူ ေတာင္းခံရမည္ ျဖစ္ၿပီး သတ္မွတ္ရက္ ေက်ာ္လြန္ပါက ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးေငြ မေပးပါ။
(၇) Ordinary Guarantee ( ရိုးရိုး အာမခံ ) အတြက္ ထပ္ေဆာင္း ၀န္ေဆာင္ခအျဖစ္ က်ပ္ငါးေထာင္( ၅၀၀၀) က်သင့္ၿပီး စာထုပ္ႏွင့္ေခ်ာထုတ္ပစၥည္း အျပည့္အ၀ ၊ ပ်က္စီး ဆုံးရွံဴး ၊ ေပ်ာက္ဆုံးမႈအတြက္ က်ပ္ငါးသိန္း ( ၅၀၀,၀၀၀ိ/-) ျပန္လည္ ေပးေလ်ာ္ပါမည္။ (ဤ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ သုံးစြဲျခင္းေၾကာင့္ စာပိုဒ္(၅)ပါ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးေပးမႈ ထပ္မံ အက်ံဳးမ၀င္ မသက္ဆိုင္ေစရပါ)
(၈) Special Guarantee ( အထူး အာမခံ ) အတြက္ MGL Express ႏွင့္ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ သုံးစြဲသူတို႔အၾကား သေဘာတူ သတ္မွတ္ပမာဏေပၚ မူတည္၍ စာထုပ္ႏွင့္ ေခ်ာထုတ္ ပစၥည္းမ်ား အျပည့္အ၀ ၊ ပ်က္စီး ၊ ဆုံးရွဴံး ၊ ေပ်ာက္ဆုံးမႈကို ေပးေလ်ာ္ပါမည္။ (ဤ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ သုံးစြဲျခင္းေၾကာင့္ စာပိုဒ္(၅)ပါ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးေပးမႈ ထပ္မံ အက်ံဳးမ၀င္ မသက္ဆိုင္ေစရပါ)
(၉) ပစၥည္းမ်ား၏ထုပ္ပိုးမွဳကို ေပးပို႔သူမွ တာ၀န္ယူရပါမည္။ က်ဳိးပဲ့ကြဲရွ ယိုစိမ့္ႏိုင္ေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ဳိး ေပးပို႔မွဳအေပၚ စာပိုဒ္(၇)ႏွင့္ စာပိုဒ္(၈)တို႔၏ အာမခံ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားျဖင့္ ေပးပို႔မႈကို လက္မခံပါ။ စာပိုဒ္(၅)ပါ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးေပးမွဳ အက်ဳံးမ၀င္ပါ။
(၁၀) အနံ႔ျပင္းေသာ၊ စြန္းထင္းႏုိင္ေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ားေပးပို႔ပါက ပစၥည္းလက္ခံခ်ိန္တြင္ ႀကဳိတင္အသိေပးၿပီး၊ စနစ္တက် မယိုစိမ့္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ ထုပ္ပိုး၍ ေပးရပါမည္။
(၁၁) စာထုပ္၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္တစ္ထုပ္အား လိပ္မူထားေသာလိပ္စာသုိ႔သာ ေပးပို႔ပါမည္။ ၿမဳိ႕တြင္းလိပ္စာေျပာင္းခဲ့လွ်င္ က်ပ္ (၂,၀၀၀ိ/-) ထပ္မံေပးေဆာင္ ရမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး၊ အျခားၿမဳိ႕သို႔ ဆိုလွ်င္ ထိုၿမဳိ႕မွ က်သင့္သည့္ ပမာဏကို ထပ္မံ ေပးေဆာင္ရပါမည္။
(၁၂) ျပန္လည္အစားထုိး ေပးပို႔၍ မရေသာ ေခ်ာစာ၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္မ်ားအတြက္ MGL Express မွ တာ၀န္ယူ၍ မရပါ။
(၁၃) စာထုပ္၊ ေခ်ာထုပ္ ေပးပို႔မႈအတြက္ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို လက္ခံေျပစာ ( Waybill ) ေပၚတြင္ မွန္ကန္စြာ ေဖာ္ျပရပါမည္။ လက္ခံေျပစာ ( Waybill ) ေပၚတြင္ လႊဲမွား၍ ေဖာ္ျပမႈေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ ကိစၥအရပ္ရပ္ကို MGL Express မွ တာ၀န္မယူပါ။
(၁၄) လက္ခံသူမွ ေပးေခ်မည့္ စာထုပ္/ ေခ်ာထုပ္ ပို႔ခ က်သင့္ေငြအား အေၾကာင္းအမ်ဳိးမ်ဳိးေၾကာင့္ ေရြးယူျခင္းမရွိပါက ေပးပို႔သူမွ၊ ေပးပို႔ခႏွင့္ အျခားေသာ သက္ဆိုင္သည့္ ကုန္က်စရိတ္မ်ားအား က်ခံရမည္။

ေပးပို႔ခြင့္ မျပဳေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ား – တန္ဖိုးႀကီးမားေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ား ( ဥပမာ- ေရႊ ၊ ေငြ၊ ရတနာ )၊ ေငြသားျဖင့္ လဲလွယ္ႏိုင္ေသာ လက္မွတ္၊ စာရြက္မ်ား၊ ေငြစကၠဴ ႏွင့္ ယင္းကဲ့သုိ႔ တန္ဖိုးသ႑ာန္တူေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ား၊ မီးေလာင္လြယ္ေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ား၊ ေပါက္ကြဲေစႏိုင္ေသာ ၊ ေဘးအႏၱရာယ္ ျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္ေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ား၊ ေရွးေဟာင္းပစၥည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ တည္ဆဲဥပေဒအရ တားျမစ္ထားေသာစာမ်ား၊ ပစၥည္းမ်ား၊ ပုပ္သုိးလြယ္ေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ သက္ရွိ သတၱ၀ါမ်ား။

Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Prohibited Items

1. The contents items of the shipments sent shall remain the full responsibility of the shipper at all times.
2. No refund of shipment charges allowed after signed acceptance of shipments by MGL Express.
3. MGL Express reserves the rights to open and inspect, and if so required, to handover shipment and its contents to relevant authorities upon regulatory body requests, provided there is a firm ground to do so by the authorities.
4. MGL reserves the right to refuse carriage of the shipments with reasonable cause as to why this is being refused of carriage at during any point of the shipment’s journey.
5.The highest liability claimable amount is Myanmar Kyats Two Hundred Thousand (MM Kyats 200,000) or its equivalent in United States Dollar at Central Bank of Myanmar exchange rate per each waybill shipment and if actual contents value is of less than the highest liability claimable amount, the compensation will be as according to of the content’s value. Consequential loss and all indirect losses related to this shipment are not within any liability and thus not claimable.
6. Any claim for damage or loss must be reported within 3 working days and written claim sent to nearest MGL Express service center within 30 days with original “Waybill” receipt. No claim will be accepted beyond the stated deadlines.
7. Ordinary Guarantee is charged Kyats 5,000 (Kyats Five Thousand) per “Waybill” shipment and compensation for claimable damage and loss of shipment is Ks 500,000 (Kyats Five Hundred Thousand) for the shipment. For shipments sent with this guarantee, any claim as mentioned in Clause 5 will not be eligible.
8. Special Guarantee is charged depending on mutual agreement between authorized person of MGL Express and shipper or consignee or a third party representing beneficiary person for this shipment. Any compensation for claimable damage and loss of shipment is also according to the agreement between parties mentioned above. For shipments sent with this guarantee, any claim as mentioned in Clause 5 will not be eligible.
9. Packing of the shipment remains the shipper’s responsibility. If any damage occurs for fragile Items, the Clause 5 stated limited liability is not applicable. The Ordinary Guarantee and Special Guarantee of Clause 7 & Clause 8 are not eligible for sending any fragile items.
10. For contents of strong odor or possible leakage which can cause damage to its and also to any other shipments, shipper must ensure proper and adequately leak proof tight sealed packing and also notify MGL Express personnel.
11. MGL Express will only deliver to the stated address on Waybill. For address changes within same city, additional Kyats 2,000/ will be charged. If required to be forwarded to another city, rates from the initial destination to that of the new destination will apply.
12. MGL Express shall not be liable for unreconstructable and irreplaceable items in shipments.
13. Shipment sending information as for up to the successful delivery of the shipment must be fully provided by the sender for the “Waybill”. Any discrepancies or lack of sufficient information for the “Waybill” causing to the failure of successful delivery shall not be the responsibility of MGL Express.
14. For payment collect (Transport Collect – TC) shipments, if the consignee refuses to settle the charges in full or the shipment cannot be delivered for any reasons not due to MGL Express, the shipper shall be liable for such charges and also any related additional cost including the shipment’s return charges.

Prohibited Items
1. Contents of high value (Such as gold, silver, precious gems), bank cheque or any kind in equivalent of negotiable instruments, cash and currencies.
2. Flammable, explosives, fire arm(s), weapons of any kind and contents classified as dangerous goods.
3 .Archeological artifacts and any goods of historical (antique) value. Goods prohibited by existing laws and regulations.
4. Perishable goods and live animals.
